Delivery Policies
All orders are within Penang Island, Butterworth and Kulim only.
1. No delivery charges for minimum order of RM80.00 within Penang Island,
except Balik Pulau and Batu Ferringgi areas.
2. Balik Pulau and Batu Ferringgi areas :-
Order less then RM150.00 - delivery charges RM10.00 will be applied .
No delivery charges for order RM200.00 and above.
3. Seberang Jaya, Butterworth, Bukit Mertajam & Raja Uda:-
Delivery charges of RM30.00 will be applied for orders less then RM250.00
4. Nibong Tebal, Simpang Ampat, Tambun & Juru :-
Delivery charges of RM40.00 will be applied for orders less then RM300.00
5. Extra charges maybe incurred for last minutes order and late delivery.

We provide same day delivery, if the order is placed before 3pm on weekdays. For delivery during weekends or public holidays, please place order one day in advance.

Orders can only be confirmed and executed with full payment according to the actual value placed for the order. No cancellation is allowed on the day of delivery.

Please provide all required details in our order form,so as to avoid unnecessary delay.

Filling up of the order form does not mean an order has been accepted. We will contact you for all orders requested for confirmation.

Should a particular flower or mechandise be out of stock, Glory Florist reserves the right to replace it with another of equivalent . Nevertheless, we will inform the customer of the change accordingly.

Cancellation of order must be made at lease ONE day (24 hours) in advance before the actual delivery date or a 50% of the selling price will be charged . Please contact us at 012-4718708 or 012-4658665 to inform us accordingly.
